As a commercial graduate, you'll take on a variety of roles, trying new things and developing a broad skill base. You'll also get to work with and learn from a huge range of talented and experienced people – from finance professionals to engineers – seeing for yourself both how and where they work. By the end of the scheme, you’ll be nothing short of an expert yourself.
