Who is it for?

This is ideal for graduates with a 2:1 (or above) in any degree, (particularly, of course, Human Resource Management). If you’re already part CIPD-qualified, so much the better. However, most important is your skill set: people who are analytical, great with people, strong at influencing, and who appreciate the importance of HR in the running of a business will thrive here.
