Who is it for?
We're looking for two graduates with slightly different skill sets: one all-rounder, and one who has the analytical flair to develop specific energy market skills. You'll both need a 2:1 degree (for the more analytical role, this should be in a numerate discipline; for the generalist, we'll look for a management, science or business-related degree). Broadly, we're also looking for pragmatic, decisive, and above all personable people – people who'll communicate easily and convincingly with a range of professionals around the business.
