As a trainee solicitor at EDF Energy, you'll be intimately involved in the workings of a complex, growing business. You'll enjoy significant responsibility from the very beginning of your career. You'll enjoy ownership of projects, rather than be relegated to the background. You'll get to meet and work with clients as part of your job very early on. Essentially, you'll gain a far greater commercial insight working as an in-house lawyer than you might at a law firm. With the added bonus of not having to work all hours of the day (or night).
Who is it for?
You'll need to be a graduate with a 2:1 degree in any discipline, and to have successfully completed the Legal Practice Course by September 2010 or 2011. Beyond that, we’re after bright, enthusiastic and well-rounded people.
